How to take myshopriteexperience Survey?

1. First of all, open the survey link which is located at www.myshopriteexperience.com.
2. On the new screen of My ShopRite survey, you’ll have the instructions.
3. You can change the language to Spanish by clicking on the blue “Espanol”. This is located on the bottom side of the “Start” button.
4. Now provide with the information from your ShopRite sales receipts. This information includes  Date, Time, Store Number, Register Number, and Transaction Number.
5. Tap on the “Start” button.
6. Answer all the survey questions according to your shopping experience at the ShopRite store.
7. Then, enter your personal information to get enter in the sweepstakes contest.

There is another way to enter the sweepstakes without making any kind of purchase.

• For this purpose write down your name, address, day and night telephone numbers and age on a 3”x 5” card.
• Mail it in a standard business-size envelope to ShopRite “Customer Experience” Sweepstakes postal address, PO Box 407, Macedon, NY 14502- 0407.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of each month.

My ShopRite Survey – Rules and Requirements
